Lead Technical Product Manager (Advanced English)

Orchestrating this behind-the-scenes integration is a Tech Product Manager, who brings both technical depth and strategic clarity to every stage of product development. Job responsibilities


Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, translating business and go-to-market strategy into actionable plans for technical teams.
Drive the full product development lifecycle, ensuring continuous and measurable value delivery to clients.
Own and evolve the product backlog, prioritizing based on user research, data insights, and market changes.
Partner with engineering teams to shape technical solutions, leveraging your development background to bridge business and tech.
Build and sustain meaningful relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their strategic goals and operational needs.
Define key success metrics and use data to inform product decisions and iterations.
Frame and run rapid experiments to validate new business ideas and reduce delivery risk.
Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging tools, including AI-powered solutions, to continuously sharpen the product strategy.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to recruiting, mentorship, and community building within Thoughtworks.


Job qualifications

Technical Skills


You have a proven track record leading and delivering complex products to market, from strategy through execution.
You bring deep hands-on experience as a Software Developer, giving you the credibility to make technical trade-off decisions alongside engineering teams.
You have demonstrated ability to translate business and go-to-market strategy into clear, prioritized technical roadmaps that align multiple stakeholders.
You bring a strong command of agile practices and can coach teams on delivery excellence and product discipline.
You leverage data and product metrics to drive strategic decisions, identify opportunities, and demonstrate business impact at a portfolio level.
You have working knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar, and stay current on how emerging tech shapes product development (nice to have).


Professional Skills


You have advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, and can operate with confidence in senior client-facing settings in both languages.
You bring proven experience leading and aligning multidisciplinary teams around a shared product vision, balancing technical, business, and user needs.
You have a track record of influencing senior stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and driving decisions in complex, ambiguous environments.
You bring sharp analytical thinking combined with executive-level storytelling, turning data and research into compelling narratives that drive alignment.
You have experience in B2B environments and understand the dynamics of enterprise client relationships (nice to have); familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
You are available to travel to Chile at least once per quarter to support client engagement on-site.
