Job Description
Summarized Purpose:
We are seeking a Lead Tableau Developer to design, develop, and support scalable business intelligence and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5–8 years of experience in Tableau development, reporting, and analytics
Major Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
Optimize dashboard performance and data models
Develop and maintain ETL/data integration processes
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong expertise in Tableau development and visualization best practices
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
Experience with data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Must Have Skills:
Tableau development expertise
Advanced SQL and data modeling
Dashboard optimization and performance tuning
Stakeholder management and requirement gathering
Good to Have Skills:
Python or scripting knowledge
Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or similar platforms
Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices
Working Hours:
India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
