As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Leading the design and development of software components and features, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build integrations and develop full slices of the application, from UI to data store.
Designing and developing REST-based services, leveraging open-source frameworks such as Java or Spring, and participating in continuous integration and testing.
Analyzing and improving the efficiency, scalability, and stability of applications, delivering impactful business value.
Mentoring and coaching less experienced engineers, promoting innovative changes, and driving results at a team and product level.
We offer a competitive salary range of $160,300 - $204,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, parental leave, sick leave, and flex days, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) employer match.
Qualified candidates should possess:
10+ years of technology relevant work experience.
8+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages, including Java, Node.js, or SpringBoot.
8+ years of experience in SQL or NoSQL DB structures, experience with DB migration scripts.
6+ years of experience with various design and architectural patterns.
4+ years of experience working on applications that leverage Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
4+ years of experience designing and developing in a micro-services based environment.
6+ years of experience architecting and developing large, complex applications.
5+ years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience in an Agile (Scrum or KANBAN) working environment.
