Position: Software Engineer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 1 month
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and maintain complex, production-grade Python systems for real-world environments.
ā¢ Design modular, testable codebases using modern Python tooling and best practices like FastAPI and Pydantic.
ā¢ Optimize Python performance through profiling and memory optimization techniques.
ā¢ Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to improve model training and evaluation.
ā¢ Work independently to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Experience working at top US tech firms.
ā¢ Proven track record with complex Python systems.
ā¢ Deep understanding of Python language fundamentals.
ā¢ Experience with modular, testable codebases using modern Python practices.
Interview Process
ā¢ 90 mins technical interview focused on Python. Feedback within two weeks.
