At Electronic Arts, we are seeking an experienced Lead Narrative Designer to help drive the story and narrative vision of our upcoming titles.We are looking for a passionate and creative individual with an unwavering commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of storytelling, a strong work ethic, and a thorough understanding of game development processes.The Lead Narrative Designer will be responsible for developing compelling stories and narrative arcs, collaborating with various stakeholders, and managing the narrative team. Our Lead Narrative Designer should have an eye for detail, be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, and be driven to exceed expectations.If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for creating engaging narratives, and a desire to be part of a world-class gaming team, then this may be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling stories and narrative arcs for upcoming titles.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the story and narrative vision is effectively communicated.
• Manage the narrative team, ensuring that deadlines and goals are met.
• Utilize a keen eye for detail to identify and address narrative inconsistencies.
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to inform story and narrative decisions.
• Work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
• Create and implement engaging narrative content that meets the expectations of both stakeholders and players.
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other departments.
