Ā Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients, primarily for the payroll module using Jira ticketing system;
Ā Work with multiple clients from various industries, primarily health care;
Ā Work on support tickets and recommend enhancements;
Ā Optimize client processes, and deliver training, testing and footprint expansions;
Ā Roll out new features with quarterly releases;
Ā Provide remote post-production support for live clients;
Ā Will be supporting clients Jira ticketing system.

Does this sound like you?
Ā Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle consulting (implementation or support) and Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;
Ā Healthcare industry experience (asset);
Ā Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional;
Ā Assets:
Ā Core HR, Benefits. Talent Management, ORC, etc.
Ā OTBI reporting skills;
Ā Fast Formulas;
Ā HDL and HSDL.
Ā Proficient in MS Office products, especially MS Excel, MS Teams and MS Outlook;
Ā Ability to:
Ā organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently with little or no assistance, and manage time effectively;
Ā self-learn.
Ā Positive attitude;
Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Language skills:
Ā English: Proficient
