Lead Data Analytics Engineer
Are you an experienced Data Analytics Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and an eye for detail? We are looking for a Lead Data Analytics Engineer at Allstate who is eager to join a team of innovators and make an impact!The Lead Data Analytics Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop, maintain, and optimize data analytics solutions that will drive operational efficiency and customer experience. ⢠Identify and analyze key data patterns and correlations to drive operational efficiency and customer experience.
⢠Develop and maintain databases with SQL.
⢠Produce data reports and visualizations using data analysis and visualization tools.
⢠Monitor and troubleshoot data analytics solutions for any issues or discrepancies.
⢠Develop and maintain documentation of data models, data flows, and other data analytics processes.
⢠Coordinate with other teams to ensure successful data analytics solutions.
⢠Research and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics.
⢠Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
