Lead Data Analyst Remote Job Title: Lead Data Analyst Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology or a similar major is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate technically complex IT concepts to business clients Ability to understand the source data model, joins etc. Proficient in SQL for querying databases. Experience in Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence. Extensive background in data sourcing, profiling, and curation. Skilled in documenting complex data mappings. Proficiency with Alteryx is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales and/or Marketing Cloud is highly advantageous. Experience in data migrations between applications is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Proven track record in leading data integration and data quality projects. Expertise in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to business clients effectively. Project management experience. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Document data interfaces. Analyze and interpret data. Perform data sourcing activities. Develop business and technical requirement documents. Document complex data mappings. Design and execute data quality checks. Coordinate with Offshore team, act as an SME in clarifying functional and business questions from different teams Conduct data validation across multiple data sources using Alteryx. Assist with data modeling. Support project management and tracking, including regular meetings with PMs and developers, creating test plans, project plans, implementation plans, and tracking projects through the SDLC/Agile process. Collaborate with developers to ensure specifications are understood and followed. Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
