Bally’s Media is looking for a Lead Analyst who loves digging into data and uncovering the story behind it. Our streaming platforms generate a huge amount of information about how fans watch, what they love, and what keeps them coming back. Your job? Turn all that data into insights that help us make smarter decisions about our products, programming, and strategy. This role isn’t just about building dashboards or tracking KPIs. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, analytical, and excited to connect the dots. Someone who can look at the numbers, ask the right questions, and help the business understand not just what’s happening across our streaming platforms, but why. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Programming, Marketing, and Finance to make sure decisions are powered by clear insights, reliable data, and a deep understanding of our audience. What You'll Do Own and maintain trusted reporting across Bally’s Media streaming platforms, including viewership, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics Analyze audience behavior and content performance across leagues, teams, matchups, and programming to uncover trends and performance drivers Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that shape product strategy and business decisions Deliver recurring executive reporting that highlights key trends, opportunities, and risks Spot patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends before anyone else does Validate data integrity across analytics tools and pipelines, digging in when numbers don’t line up Partner with engineering and vendors to resolve analytics or instrumentation issues Support Product, Programming, Marketing, and Finance with analysis that drives smarter decisions Improve and scale analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting workflows as our platforms grow What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics Experience analyzing consumer digital products (media or streaming experience is a plus) Excellent SQL and data analysis skills Experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar Familiarity with streaming analytics platforms such as Mux or equivalent Experience building dashboards and executive-level reporting Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights that people can actually use Why You'll Love Working Here Join a team where the culture hits just as hard as the wins: Competitive pay with annual salary reviews Medical, dental and vision plan options 401(k) matching for long-term wins Work-from-anywhere month (yes, really!)
