About the Role:
Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and leaders, understanding their needs and suggesting the right American Express products
Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate proper product features, benefits, and components of American Express Small Business Services
Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
Report important account information according to established policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
Customer care experience (2+ years) with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (2+ years+)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the ability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
