Program Background PROSIVU is an Australian Government-funded program that focuses on strengthening governance in Timor-Leste . This eight-year program (2022 – 2030) works in partnership with the Government of Timor-Leste to help Timor-Leste achieve its goal of becoming an upper-middle-income country by 2030. It is Australia’s primary program supporting Timor-Leste’s central government agencies and economic line-ministries in improving governance, economic policy and public sector reform. Click on the link or copy paste it to access the full Terms of Reference for this position: About You Essential Experience and Knowledge Relevant tertiary qualifications (for example, in economics, financial management, public administration) and considerable relevant work experience, preferably coordinating complex programs of economic or other development support. Fluent in English language, both oral and written, and ability to interpret and translate between English and Tetum languages.
