**Key Responsibilities**
As our QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering paper invoices and associated handwritten checks into QuickBooks with precision and accuracy
* Maintaining accurate and organized digital records that reflect outgoing payments, ensuring seamless financial tracking and reporting
* Generating reports in QuickBooks to track annual expenses, providing valuable insights into our financial performance
* Cross-referencing paper records with digital entries to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with care, adhering to careerzynith's strict data protection policies
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Familiarity with QuickBooks (1-2 years of experience working with similar ERPs) and a solid understanding of its features and functionality
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage physical and digital filing systems
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity
* Prior AP / billing experience is preferred, but not required
* Basic understanding of bookkeeping and expense tracking principles
