We want you to make a global impact by joining us as a full-time Customer Experience Manager.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Key Account Manager, Gaming is a strategic member of the gaming sales team responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic relationships with gaming operators, OEMs, and distributors. This role focuses on developing account strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.Key tasks and responsibilities include:Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to gaming operators, OEMs, and distributors.Build and maintain strong, multi-tiered relationships with casino executives, slot operations teams, and gaming technology stakeholders.Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that drive value.Promote CPI gaming technology using ROI modeling and value‑based selling.Represent the voice of the customer to influence product development, service enhancements, and strategic decisions.Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and report progress regularly; take corrective action when needed.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, support, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.Drive customer retention and satisfaction through consistent engagement and value delivery.Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities related to key accounts.Champion internal alignment by facilitating communication between departments and ensuring shared goals.Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORWe’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer‑centric environment.
