Responsibility:Own and manage the overall commercial relationship with key automotive OEM clients Develop and execute account strategies that align with both client goals and ECARX's business objectives Lead the response and commercial negotiations to RFQs and Sales Activities for ongoing projects (Change Requests, etc) Identify, evaluate, and drive new business opportunities, acting as the voice of the customer internally Build long-term trusted relationships across multiple client levels, from project managers to senior executives Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client roadmaps to proactively adapt strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams to formulate and position compelling offerings Prepare and deliver high-impact client presentations, proposals, and business cases Conduct regular business reviews and feedback sessions with customers to assess satisfaction, identify risks, and implement improvements Serve as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues in coordination with internal teams Maintain CRM systems and accurate forecasting of sales pipeline and revenue Represent ECARX at industry events, client meetings, and strategic reviewsCompetency:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 5–10+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development in the automotive or high-tech industry Strong knowledge of automotive industry dynamics, ideally including OEM decision processes and product lifecycles Familiarity with digital cockpit, ADAS, infotainment, connectivity, or vehicle computing products Engineering or technical background with the ability to understand product features and translate them into business value Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial relationships and multi-stakeholder negotiations Proven track record in handling RFQs, contract negotiations, and revenue growth Strong analytical skills, including competitive benchmarking and market analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting
