We will be conducting virtual group screening interviews We have immediate hiring for: • Part-time/short shifts (4-6 hours per day), including weekends • Full-time shifts (8-12 hours) • Caregiver drivers required Locations: • Santa Rosa • Healdsburg • Petaluma • Windsor • Rohnert Park Responsibilities As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes: • Personal care: dressing, grooming and assisting with meals • Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing • Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping • Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support Qualifications At TheKey, we pride ourselves on hiring compassionate caregivers who meet the following eligibility requirements: • At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience • At least 18 years of age • HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements • Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle • TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray At TheKey, we are committed to treating every employee with dignity and respect while providing a white glove experience for our clients to promote a healthy mind, body and spirit.
