What You’ll Do Contribute to preparing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Organize and maintain project boards to keep tasks visible and updated. Track project progress to ensure all deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project schedules. Participate in daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and address blockers. Collaborate with senior team members to balance trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality. Test the system or product features before releases to confirm they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards. Serve as a communication link between the development team and the Product Manager or Senior Project Manager. Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and clarity on project progress, scope changes, and potential delays.
