Junior Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Junior Product Manager (f/m/d) with Web3 experience to lead the coordination and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder projects at peaq. Your primary focus will be driving the successful relaunch of Get Real — a major growth campaign designed to onboard new users and strengthen ecosystem engagement. This role requires expertise managing cross-functional teams, navigating client relationships, and collaborating with multiple decentralised physical infrastructure networks (DePINs). Key Responsibilities: Lead product management efforts for the Get Real campaign, coordinating two development teams, multiple DePIN partners, and various internal and external stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing interactions related to the campaign and integrations. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to help design the reward system, ensuring it aligns with growth and engagement goals. Assist with manual data entry and backend data management as needed to support campaign tracking and reporting. Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and work cross-functionally to resolve them. Communicate project status clearly and regularly to leadership and stakeholders. Bring a strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, smart contracts, and decentralised infrastructure to anticipate challenges and innovate solutions. Basic Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience managing complex Web3 or blockchain-related projects with multiple teams and external partners. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with cross-disciplinary teams. Client-facing experience with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Technical aptitude to understand blockchain concepts, tokenomics, and backend workflows. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with DePIN (Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Networks) or similar decentralised integrations.
