Experienced Full Stack Data Science Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development

**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Senior Data Science Analyst to join our Pursuit and Recommendations team, where you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to inform our product suggestions. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners, including designers, AI engineers, and product managers, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to inform our product suggestions, including A/B testing, exploratory data analysis, and statistical modeling
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations
* Develop and maintain in-house automated tools, including a QA instrument to improve the performance of our new calculations
* Conduct regular KPI reporting and monitoring, including irregularity identification and high-level estimation approaches
* Work closely with our product, design, and AI teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Communicate key findings and recommendations to cross-functional leaders across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of professional experience in a data science role (including any graduate education)
* Experience with investigation or data science in e-commerce organizations is highly desirable
* In-depth experience with SQL (including total capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.)
* In-depth experience with Python and Python tools (Jupyter notebooks, libraries, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)
* Experience with exploratory planning (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business navigation is highly desirable
* Familiarity with AI calculations/strategies (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting is highly desirable
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
* Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical capabilities, including critical thinking abilities
