The company offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on clean data, structured reporting, and operational clarity.Position Overview:The Junior FP&A Analyst will work closely with a Senior Analyst to organize and prepare financial data for internal reporting and analysis. This is a hybrid role that blends data processing, financial structuring, and light accounting knowledge. The right candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, and eager to support financial modeling and integration work.Key Responsibilities: Clean, organize, and input financial data from multiple systems. Assist in building and updating financial reports and models. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies. Prepare summaries and insights for senior analysts and leadership. Maintain templates and financial tools in Excel. Support projects related to financial due diligence and post-merger integration. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with structured templates. Fluent English; clear written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and problem-solve data challenges.
