Job description: Selectek has partnered with a growing aviation client in the Indianapolis Metro area that is looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to design and redesign the interior electrical component of commercial airlines.Required:
BS Electrical, Aerospace Engineering
2+ years performing design, analysis, substantiation, certification, drawing
interpretation and project management
Design and analyze electrical systems and components in support of aircraft
interior modifications and avionics upgrades (FAA, STC Projects)
Prepare electrical engineering drawings and reports including electrical wire
installation, harness fabrication and wire routing
Travel 5 % Domestic and Internationally
Knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and wiring diagrams is a plus
AutoCADSponsorship: No, must be a U.S. citizen
Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 (with a 3% annual cost of living raise)
Location of job: Indianapolis, IN
Hours and shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM 5PM
Work from home: No but there is flexibility if you need to be home for a contractor to do work
Working remote: No
Travel: 5 10% Domestic and Internationally
Work attire: Business Casual
