* Managing incoming calls from patients with empathy and efficiency
* Precisely recording new patient details in our system, including personal and medical information
* Coordinating with physicians to secure written orders, confirm insurance coverage, and process orders
* Maintaining continuous communication with patients and referring entities about order statuses
* Handling daily management of purchase order discrepancies and reports
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Preferred experience in a call center environment
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
* Proficiency in handling a high volume of calls
* Experience in computer navigation and data entry
