Job Summary As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you will work from home and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to escalated emails and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Work on queues related to orders not shipping and provide updates to customers as needed. Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service. Handle TrustArc requests and provide accurate and timely responses. Provide order updates and resolve customer inquiries. Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Peak call center experience or business experience that reflects an intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers. Ability to maintain energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a short and intense "season". Proficient in using the telephone for customer contact. Ability to stay positive under stressful conditions. Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Experience working in a seasonal or fast-paced environment. Certification in customer service or a related field.
