Junior Cyber Security Consultant

Position: Junior Cyber Security Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Role Summary We are seeking motivated recent graduates or early-career professionals to join our Cyber Security team as a Junior Cyber Security Consultant. This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically federated identity solutions and PingFederate implementations. It offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in cybersecurity and modern authentication technologies. Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, and maintain PingFederate for enterprise and cloud-based applications. • Design and implement federated identity solutions for both B2B and B2C environments. • Configure and integrate authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP. • Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages. • Integrate identity solutions using REST APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and implementation plans, following industry best practices. • Support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and PingFederate policy configurations. • Collaborate with team members on various project activities, including API integrations, minor UI enhancements, and Java/jQuery-related tasks. • Stay current with IAM trends, cybersecurity best practices, and emerging technologies. • Required Qualifications • 0–2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and federated authentication. • Practical experience with PingFederate, including setup, configuration, and integration. • Working knowledge of authentication standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. • Basic scripting experience in Python or PowerShell. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities. • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.Apply Now
