Contract Bookkeeper
Description:
• RedCircle is all about helping podcasters get paid.
• As a bookkeeper, you’ll be supporting the Operations team with day-to-day financial operations tasks and processes.
• Collaborating with our Finance Analyst and Director of Data Science & Operations to handle AR / AP, assist with customer invoices and statements, and some specific steps in our end-of-month reconciliation.
• Provide support to operations and other teams as needed, including ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in finance/accounting/bookkeeping with startups or media/advertising businesses
• Process-oriented with a high level of attention to detail
• Highly organized, skilled at executing defined processes, and enjoys checking items off a list
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with accounting software tools (Xero experience preferred)
• Experience with email communication tools (Hubspot experience preferred)
Benefits:
