In this full-cycle role, you’ll drive outreach, shape our messaging, and close meaningful partnerships with platform teams at leading companies.You’ll work across the entire sales funnel — from crafting creative campaigns to leading discovery calls — while collaborating closely with our content, community, and services teams.This is an ideal role for someone who’s proactive, curious, and excited to experiment. We are a remote-first team and value flexibility across time zones, with some US coverage preferred.What You’ll DoBuild and manage a pipeline of high-quality inbound and outbound leadsCraft thoughtful, personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, events, and other channelsLead engaging discovery conversations to understand technical pain points and align our offeringsDesign and run lean outreach campaigns that drive real engagementCollaborate with internal teams to refine our messaging and positioningSuggest content ideas (e.g., webinars, guides, playbooks) to support your outreach effortsContinuously improve your workflow using AI tools and a learning-first approachTrack, measure, and iterate on your performance to drive continuous growthWhat You’ll Bring1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or growth (SDR, AE, Growth Marketer, etc.)A strong interest in developer tools, platform engineering, or cloud-native techExcellent communication skills — both written and verbalA self-starter mindset: experimental, resourceful, and action-orientedStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreamsFamiliarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Amplemarket, or similarBonus PointsExperience at a startup or in a fast-moving, cross-functional teamBackground in B2B SaaS, DevOps, or technical infrastructureA track record of using AI to streamline sales or marketing workflowsComfortable engaging with engineers and technical decision-makersYou’ve interacted with our content or attended PlatformConWhy Join UsThis is your chance to help shape one of the most dynamic and impactful communities in tech.
