ΓΒ Contacting out list of clients to fullfill their request, schedule their follow up virtual Zoom appointment
ΓΒ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments
ΓΒ Resolve customer inquiries, issues and ensure customer satisfaction
ΓΒ Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
ΓΒ Process forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately
ΓΒ Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
ΓΒ Update customer information in the database
ΓΒ Collaborate with team members
ΓΒ Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends
ΓΒ Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas
