Manager – Facilities and Sustainability oversees building operations, maintenance, energy efficiency, and environmental initiatives, ensuring safe workplaces, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and sustainable practices aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities
• Implement sustainability initiatives reducing energy consumption
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Manage vendor contracts and service performance standards
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for infrastructure
• Monitor utility usage and optimize operational costs
• Lead waste management and recycling programs
• Prepare sustainability reports and performance audits.
Skill & Experience
