• *Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with customers via live chat to assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information on Symantec’s products and services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, helpful responses and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and confident demeanor in all customer interactions.

2. **Research and Problem-Solving:**
- Conduct thorough research on customer inquiries to provide accurate and relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues or concerns as needed, ensuring timely updates to customers.

3. **Data Management:**
- Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Generate reports and insights from customer interactions to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities for our services.

4. **Collaboration and Team Contribution:**
- Work closely with other team members and departments to develop and implement best practices for chat support.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, feedback, and suggestions for enhancing service quality and operational workflows.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about the latest product developments, company announcements, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
- Identify personal development needs and pursue ongoing training to enhance skills in customer service and product knowledge.
• *Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web chat or online customer support environment.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM tools and live chat software; familiarity with cybersecurity products and services is preferred.
