Â Â Coordinate and follow-up on commercial projects within Cargo Commercial to increase performance. Oversee projects and initiatives to measure and analyze current performance, identify best practices and formalize processes and supporting templates. Provide guidance and partner with teams to identify areas of opportunity, question processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions to be implemented across departments/functions. Drive and conduct extensive data analysis and interpretation to support divisional goals and strategies Create business cases to support strategic direction and facilitate change management activities. Support the MD Cargo Commercial with Ad-hoc tasks and analysis and support the Cargo Commercial Team with deck and business case creation.
