Delivering world-class customer service via inbound call servicing
Creating extraordinary travel experiences for our premium Card Members
Conducting research, planning, and booking domestic and international flights, cars, and travel arrangements
Communicating new and existing product offerings and incentives to Card Members
Consistently putting the Card Member's experience at the forefront of all interactions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry
Proven ability to deliver premium customer care in a fast-paced, high-volume servicing environment
Basic geography knowledge and ability to navigate computer applications and devices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow
