Robertson Marketing Group is looking for a proactive, detail-driven eCommerce Project Coordinator to support our Digital Services team. In this role, you’ll help bring projects to life, keep timelines moving, and ensure deliverables are executed flawlessly — all while collaborating with talented professionals across departments.

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate tasks and timelines for assigned projects
• Track milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Support Project Managers with administrative and coordination duties
• Maintain project documentation and reporting tools
• Communicate updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders
• Help onboard and train new project team members
• Assist with rollout of new initiatives and process improvements
• Serve as a communication bridge between teams and external partners

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, English, Liberal Arts, or related field)
• Experience working on projects or cross-functional teams required (academic experience counts)
• 2+ years of project coordination or related experience preferred
• Project Coordinator certification is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Work Environment
• Primarily desk-based work with occasional movement
• Collaborative team environment
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
