Job Responsibilities:
Analyze financial, banking, and customer payment data to identify unexpected patterns or results that may indicate fraud or misuse of customer funds
Research and investigate unusual patterns or results to determine the root cause and report findings to management
Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Resolve issues and questions from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely exchange of financial and operational data
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, internal controls, and SOX compliance
Experience with software systems and tools, including database tools and data analysis software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
