Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you'll need to have:

A high school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps
