As a Pharmacy Technician with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, you will play a vital role in our pharmacy operations, ensuring the accurate and timely entry of prescriptions into our system.
About the Role:

Swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system
Communicating with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs
Efficient order entry and follow-up, troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration
Strong computer skills and thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred, with Framework experience a plus
