Establish and maintain referral relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industry, as well as friends and family
Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions from a portfolio of 100+ carriers
Take on additional leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and potentially running a corporate sales office or building your own agency
