Project Manager - Digital Innovation and Transformation (Remote)
We are looking for a Project Manager for a global B2B high tech company. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and driving the completion of projects across a portfolio of projects focused in the sales processes transformation area. The Project Manager will work with team leads and resources to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. This role is critical to the success of the overall Digital Innovation and Transformation team which aims to digitize internal sales experience, processes, technology and support of the sales transformation programs.
This is a 12 month (conversion to FTE possible), 40 hours per week role. Remote in the US, but MUST work PST time-zone hours. This is a w2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Organize intake process for the Sales Transformation Office's shared services offerings
• Report weekly productivity and project status across the Sales Transformation Office
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency and effectiveness across the team
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the Sales Transformation Office to drive awareness and alignment across portfolio of projects
• Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution, and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking
• Assign and allocate team resources within a project plan
• Assess and report on team capacity and productivity
• Load-balance project deadlines with available resources
Requirement:
• 7+ years of Project Management experience in fast-paced, high growth global companies
• Experience with Business Process focused projects (NOT IT implementation projects)
• Strong PowerPoint skills skilled in simplifying complex concepts to drive understanding and action
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities across multiple teams with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoys working in fast-paced, high-growth environment where weekly deadlines are common
• Bachelors Degree
