Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Dean of General Education, the General Education Adjunct Faculty will provide a learning experience in the classroom, online, and/or in the lab using a variety of teaching methods. The ideal candidate will create a positive educational climate, establish clear objectives, and evaluate student achievements. Key responsibilities include:
Teaching PSY 230 Statistics & Quantitative Analysis in a classroom environment
Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and curriculum
Evaluating student progress and providing feedback
Managing student behavior and referrals
Participating in academic committees and professional development activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Master's degree or higher in a related program of study from an accredited program
A minimum of 15 credit hours or equivalent in the assigned subject area
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English
Preferred: 3+ years of work experience as an educator
