Specialist of sales administration (automotive) team

Job Description: Creation of new projects in SAP, CDB, ProKostal, and the project configuration process in JIRA for the KOSTAL group. Creation of sub-projects; CRM Contact Management. Working with customer portals (VW, Mercedes-Benz, etc.): a) New customer RFQ specifications; b) Processing new RFQ versions; c) Processing changes in RFQ terms; d) B2B Platform: new user confirmation, new user ID set-up, Partner Team registration, application access provision, user account deletion, password reset, etc. Monthly reporting on quality, customer satisfaction, etc. Qualifications: Higher education; Professional PC skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Spoken and written technical English skills — B2 level; Work experience at industrial enterprise and proficiency in SAP; Responsibility, proactivity, teamwork, resistance to stressful situations.
