Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.

Report and document instances of policy violations, including harmful or inappropriate content, to ensure accountability and consistency.
Engage with community members to provide information about moderation practices, fostering a positive and inclusive online community.
Collaborate with the moderation team to enhance processes, share feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and assist in evaluating content trends to inform future moderation strategies.
Participate in training and development sessions to learn best practices in content moderation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
No prior experience is necessary; a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow is essential for success in this role.
