Maintain and update customer information, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
Assist with the input of financial and accounting data related to ticket sales, revenue, and expenses.
Verify the accuracy of records before entry and correct any errors or discrepancies as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate transfer of data between systems.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and privacy guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by the airline's management team.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or training in data entry or computer-related fields is desirable.
Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with computer programs and data entry software; knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of data confidentiality and the importance of data protection.
