**Your Role:**
As a Customer Success Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support and consultation to our parent-clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly, fostering positive and long-lasting relationships that build trust and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Act as the go-to resource for parent-clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions
* Foster positive relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that meets their needs
* Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring effective and timely resolution
* Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**What We're Looking For:**
* Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is highly desired
* Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, attentive, and customer-centric approach
* Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
* Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses
* Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
