Load and unload packages, ensuring their proper handling to prevent damage
Provide excellent customer service by communicating courteously and professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, other road users, and the packages being transported
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, payment receipts (if applicable), and any discrepancies
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate department
Follow company policies and procedures for package handling, security, and confidentiality
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
