We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist at FedEx, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and upholding the highest standards of warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange merchandise in a neat and accessible manner on shelves and racks
Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records and identify areas for improvement
Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored, facilitating efficient order fulfillment
Assist in the unloading and sorting of newly arrived packages
Maintain a tidy and well-organized workspace, promoting optimal productivity and safety
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve stocking and inventory objectives
Provide support with selecting and packaging items as required


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and relocate heavy objects
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
