**Key Responsibilities:**

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or customer support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process prescriptions and other tasks with high precision
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and other relevant systems

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or other relevant certification
* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software
