Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with customers across multiple contact channels
Handle a moderate to high volume of customer calls per day, meeting established activity targets and key performance indicators
Complete essential follow-up documentation after each interaction, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Deliver 5-star satisfaction in all interactions, treating customers with courtesy and professionalism
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications
Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
Ensure privacy and security practices are followed at all times
Preferred Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience and/or sales experience
Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
University/College degree is an asset
