As a key member of our risk management team, you'll play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization. Your expertise will help us drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen credit portfolios and inform credit risk management decisions through quantitative analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge processes, policies, and procedures
Manage and oversee risk management frameworks, testing, and monitoring
Identify emerging risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to address them
Requirements:
Postgraduate education (e.g., MS, Ph.D., MBA) in quantitative fields (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Data Science)
Ability to manage large datasets using SAS, SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in risk management or related fields, preferably in the financial industry
Knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory requirements
Experience with data analysis and quantitative modeling
