Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback to enhance performance
Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and develop strategies to resolve customer complaints and improve the overall shopping experience
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring, to ensure a diverse and inclusive work environment
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement to drive business results
Requirements:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
