Project Coordinator

Davis Infrastructure is seeking a Project Coordinator who serves as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients and manufacturing partners. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless scheduling, logistical coordination, and delivery of products and services while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a basic level of product knowledge and applicationBuild and maintain long‑term client and partner relationshipsManage multiple ongoing and complex project deliverables on a daily and weekly basis, including conference calls and scheduled reportingReview manufacturer documentation for accuracy and consistencyTrack and maintain project deadlines, stakeholders, and scope within SalesforceProvide input on potential schedule impacts and recommend workarounds or mitigation optionsEngage appropriate internal resources to address changes in scope or budgetMaintain accurate records of required deliverables in Salesforce, project folders, and customer reporting systems (e.g., ProCore, CxAlloy, AutoDesk, BuildingConnected — training provided)Create and compile custom project closeout and warranty documentation, including warranty claim responsesCreate and refine project‑specific and customer‑specific response matrices as corporate offerings expandInterface with customer installation, deployment, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule integrity and proactively mitigate potential delaysOther duties as assignedSkillsProven track record in a customer‑facing role with emphasis on detail and customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SalesforceProficient in EnglishHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid U.S. Government–issued identificationValid Driver LicenseReliable transportationStrong organizational and multi‑tasking skillsEffective time management with the ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining positive relationshipsThorough knowledge of basic electrical principlesClean driving recordOSHA 30 CertificationFirst Aid/CPR/AED CertificationForklift CertificationCompany OverviewDavis Infrastructure provides critical power backup, distribution, and monitoring equipment.
