Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee to join our team in Mooresville, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will:
Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and active listening, and provide feedback and coaching to associates
Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring, and ensure diversity and inclusion awareness
Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
