Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee to join our team in Severn, MD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance and sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, and providing feedback and guidance to implement business solutions
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, and ensure customer needs are successfully resolved
Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing expenses, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing associates
Coordinate and complete job-related activities and assignments, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
